Is the property a condo or non-condo?

This decides which schedule is included with your listing agreement.

What's a condo? With a condo (condominium) you own your individual unit but share the building and grounds — hallways, parking, amenities, landscaping — with other owners through a condo corporation, and usually pay monthly condo fees. Most apartment-style units and many townhouses are condos. A non-condo (freehold) means you own the home and the land outright, with no condo corporation or fees.

Thank you — your application is in.

I've received your information and will be in touch shortly. Keep an eye on your email and phone.

Optional next step: your buyer agreements

If you'd like to get a head start, you can review and sign your buyer documents now. It only takes a few minutes — or we can go through them together later.

  • Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement — confirms I'm representing you in your purchase.
  • Certificate & Consent of Purchaser — a standard declaration regarding non-Canadian purchaser status.
  • Consumer Relationships Guide — for your information (RECA-required); please read and acknowledge.
